Ron and Rand Paul believe there should be no right to net neutrality, and we are preventing “liberty” by ensuring that every American have access to the information and services that he or she chooses. They believe that “liberty” is best protected when your access to the internet (and what you can say and do on it) is regulated by multi-national corporations with no interest in protecting your rights.
In other words, liberty only belongs to those who control the channels of commerce and information. The rest of us aren’t at the mercy of the marketplace, we’re at the mercy of the wealthy.
This is what fascism looks like. Not liberty.
